Exhibition opens on Friday 16th March 2007 at 1pm and will run until Thursday 22nd March
a collection of 40 original paintings by artist Karl Coates.
A group of local Children from Preston Primary School will cast a critical eye over Karl’s work as the exhibition opens and we look forward to hearing their comments
At 2pm the artist himself will walk over Yarm Bridge to his exhibition accompanied by a 4.5 ton Asian elephant from Peterborough. The two will be posing for photos outside the gallery on Yarm’s cobbled high street.
A painting from the exhibition will be donated to Jane Tomlinson’s Charity “Jane’s Appeal”.
Invited guests include several international artists as well as curators from world renowned galleries.
