Down-loadable material may be used only for non-commercial
personal use and the copying of this material is
expressly prohibited, other than for personal use.
You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download,
store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in
public, adapt or change in any way the content of
Yarm Gallery web pages for any other purpose whatsoever
without the prior written permission of Yarm Gallery.

We will attempt to ensue that all information
contained on the web site pages is accurate at all
times, and where inaccurate information is found
we will correct errors and omissions as soon as
is reasonably possible.

Pricing and Payment Options
All our products are priced in £ Pounds
Sterling including VAT but excluding other taxes
or import duties. VAT is not charged on orders from
and delivered outside the EU.
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque (drawn on a major
UK Bank), all major credit and debit cards, including
American Express. Cards will not be charged until
the day of despatch
In the gallery we offer Interest Free Credit but
for security reasons we cannot offer this on Internet
Sales.
Postage and packaging to the UK is £10 for all orders, regardless of the number of prints ordered.
For orders to all other destinations
please see the table below. Postage and packing
is free on orders over £1000 to world-wide
destinations. Insurance is included but you are
solely responsible for all taxes and import duties,
other than UK VAT.
Interest Free Credit - is available for purchases totalling £300 and above, and only when paying the full purchase price.
A deposit of 10% is payable. The cost can then
be spread over 6, 10 or 12 months and you can take
it home straight away to enjoy.
The application takes only a few minutes to complete
and is made online with an instant decision.
All we need is proof of address and ID (Driving
licence or credit/debit card and utility bill).
A typical example:
Purchase price £500. 10% deposit.
Balance of £450 to be paid in 10 monthly instalments
of £45.
Total amount payable £500

Delivery
All orders in stock will be despatched within
4 working days, out of stock orders will be despatched
within 7 days. We will notify you by email when
your parcel is despatched and advise you of the
expected delivery date and consignment number so
that you can track progress
Normal delivery times are two working days to mainland
UK. Orders to other destinations may take longer.
You must notify us if you do not receive your order
within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns
We try to ensure that you are completely satisfied
with your purchase and all orders are carefully
checked before being dispatched. However, items
can occasionally be damaged in transit, be defective
or are unacceptable. Please contact us immediately
in these circumstances and we will endeavour to
rectify the situation.
If the goods have been damaged in transit or are
defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
Please retain the packaging material and we will
arrange to have them returned at no cost to you.
You then have the choice of a replacement or full
refund.
Goods which are not damaged or defective that you
simply wish to return may be returned within 10
days at your own expense. You will receive a full
refund provided the goods are returned undamaged.
Please contact us before returning them so that
we can give you a reference number for your refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by telephone within
24 hours of submission.
Complaints
If for any reason you wish to make a complaint,
we will deal with your complaint within 3 working
days to try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
We will keep you informed of progress at all times.
Privacy Policy
We conform to the Data Protection Act 1998
The information that we retain enables us firstly,
to process your order efficiently and secondly,
to help us provide you with the best service possible.
The type of information we collect from you is as
follows:

Contact Telephone Number
Email (optional)
Credit/Debit cards details.
Details of the art you have purchased
Credit & Debit card details are destroyed once
a transaction has been completed.
You can at any time check the information that we
hold about you and if there are any inaccuracies
then we will amend or delete you details at your
request.
We do not pass your details on to any other parties,
other than for delivery purposes.
We do not send marketing email to personal email
addresses without your express permission.
Law & Jurisdiction
All contracts between Yarm Gallery Online and
the Customer shall be deemed to be made in England
and the Customer shall be governed by the Laws of
England. Any dispute arising therein shall be subject
to the sole jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Europe
For delivery purposes: Andorra, Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany,
Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Liechtenstein,
Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State,
Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, San Marino. Eastern
Europe.
North America
For delivery purposes: Canada and the United
States of America, Alaska.
Rest of the World
If your delivery destination is not listed in
UK, Europe or North America above then it is included
in the Rest of the World for our delivery purposes.
This includes all countries in Asia (eg: Japan,
China, Pakistan, India, South Korea etc.), Australia
and New Zealand, all African countries, Central
America (Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, etc.), the
Caribbean and Mexico, South America (Colombia, Chile,
Argentina, etc.).
Please note: Charges include insurance.
Charges do not include local taxes and customs and
import duties.

How to Order Art Online
By Telephone – lines are open Monday to
Saturday 9am to 5:30 pm. If no one is available
to take your call, please leave you name and telephone
number and someone will return your call as soon
as possible, within 24 hours.
Online – Once you have chosen
your art and added it to your basket you will be
taken through our secure payments system via a secure
server. This means that card transactions are encrypted
and the information you supply is only used to process
and deliver your order.
You can delete items at any time by ticking the
delete box and updating your basket.
